We are a small business with a small operation.  Hence, please allow a little more time for us to post your items and respond to your enquiries.

 

All orders placed are dispatched within 4 working days (unless made to order processes on the product page).  And delivered within approximately 7 days within UK.

 

Should you find a problem with your order upon its arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery on info@loreofshangrila.com providing images of product damage.

 

Please note: the customer is responsible for any customs duties and taxes that may be applied to your order. Once an international order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

 

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer shipping rates outside of these international zones. Please do contact us if you'd like a quote for delivery to an address outside of these zones.

 

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Orders delivered outside the UK are subject to import taxes, duties and handling fees at point of import.

 

Please note that there may be custom delays, Brexit import and export delays.

 

RETURN POLICY

 

This return service is offered to some countries.  If a return is required from another country please contact info@loreofshangrila.com   For UK , returns are received.

 

Return by mail or courier of your preference at your own cost, or directly to our Margate shop.  You will be responsible for the parcel whilst it is in transit; LORE Of Shangri-La will not be held accountable for lost parcels and we would advise to choose a trackable and insured service.  Orders returned in-store will be provided with a confirmation receipt when goods have been received.

REFUNDS

 

all orders that are returned to us within 14 days from the day that you received your order are eligible for a full refund.  Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card, or gift card.

 

Returning an in-store purchase to the Margate shop will be accepted.

 

 Please make sure that it has been unworn or packaging unopened.  Having all original tags attached. If the Items are returned in a state not fit for resale, then any costs to cover cleaning or repair a tassel, shall be deducted from the subsequent refund.  Made sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached and with any additional packaging.  Any snags, kinks or quality diminished on the silk/chiffon, cotton or paper will denote no refund as that will not be able to be resold due to its sheer quality. Return within the 14 days of purchase.

EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM

 

You may exchange for the same product, with a different colouway or pattern.

This shall apply to on-line and in store.  There will be the shipping costs that shall be payable by the buyer at this present time.

AFTER SERVICE

 

Regarding our Silk/chiffon Scarves, we provide a service to fix or take care of the tassels if they fall off or unknot.  Hand dyed Scarves are individual and will come out quite unique, it shall be upon the discretion of LORE Of Shangri-La to dye any of our Range of Scarves.  Please contact us for any intrigue regarding dye and tassels.
